SMOrchestra Academy

Stop collecting prompts. Start owning systems.

Your first AI employee. Your business OS. Own your MicroSaaS. Your revenue engine. Your dev department.

Live programs in Claude for founders, operators and professionals. Every program ends with something running on your own account: an employee, an operating system, a revenue engine or a product that charges money.

The gap

74% of GCC companies use AI. 7% make money from it.

Anthropic mapped what AI can already do against what businesses actually use. The majority live in the red: chat, drafts, a fraction of the capability they pay for. The top 2 percent run in the blue, and harness AI to maximum throughput: work that runs end to end, not prompt by prompt. The model is not the key. The operating system built to harness it is.

The prompt trap
  • A chat window and a copilot sidebar
  • A seat licence for every person
  • No memory between sessions
  • Quality that depends on who is typing
  • A folder of prompts nobody else can run
The operating system
  • A brain that holds your business
  • Skills anyone on the team can run
  • Connections to the tools you already pay for
  • A scoring gate before anything ships
  • Software you own instead of rent

The difference between the red and the blue is the operating system. The next section is what it is made of.

The through-line

Every rung is a layer of Claude.

The model is rented and identical for everyone. What sits between your command and the answer is the part you build. Five levels, and every one of them is a program on this page.

L1Executes

A fresh graduate. Works on your files, but you explain everything, every time.

The command you give
“Read this folder, write a summary, this format, this length, focus on that sector, avoid this, that tone, then a table, and the table should…”
Three paragraphs, every time
A draft you correct.
Hire Your First AI Employee, 3 hours, $297
L2Repeats

Learned your way of doing one job, and now repeats it right without being reminded.

The command you give
“Prepare the weekly report, same format we agreed, with this week's numbers.”
Two lines
The same shape every time, unprompted.
The employee programs, from $1,750
L3Works your tools

Skills installed, your tools connected. It opens, reads and prepares inside them.

The command you give
“Prep tomorrow's meeting.”
Three words
Finished work inside your tools. A file, not advice.
Build Your Claude Business OS, $1,750
L4Your employee

A plugin with your name on it: your skills, your folder, your tool keys, in concert.

The command you give
“Run the insurance campaign end to end.”
One sentence
A campaign running inside your tools.
Build Your Revenue Engine, 12 weeks, $6,500
L5A department

Many employees, each with its skills, one orchestrator running them from one cockpit.

The command you give
“Open Saudi.”
Two words
A department running. You decide.
The Dev Department program, 6 weeks, $12,000

Same model in all five. The difference is how many layers you built under it.

The ladder

Seven programs. Every one of them ends with a build in Claude.

Live programs for people who build: founders, operators and professionals who would rather own a working system than a certificate. Every rung runs on your own Claude account, and every fee credits toward a build.

The method

Seventy percent building. Thirty percent teaching.

Seventy percent building, thirty percent teaching. A score gate before the next block.

1DisorientBreak the belief that got you here. The prompt that worked is the ceiling you are standing on, and it is a ceiling because you never built the layers under Claude.
2SurfacePut the real work on the table. Your subscription, your pipeline, your backlog, named.
3DisproveRun the thing you believed against the thing that happens. The gap is the curriculum.
4ReframeRebuild it as a system inside Claude: context, skills, connections, gates. Not a better prompt.
5RehearseRun it until it holds without you watching. Demo Day is the exam.
What this is not

You do not leave with a certificate.

This is what we are building, shown running in our own workspace. Every system below is one you can learn, buy, or have built.

The SINE product: declared inputs with one identifier redacted, ten channels on a weekly publishing calendar, and an autonomy dial locked to approve-first that loosens per channel after ten clean approvals
SINE, running. The product itself: ten channels on a weekly calendar, autonomy locked to approve-first.
The SOE product: a review queue, signals scored and tiered before anything sends, and campaigns and sequences behind it
SOE, running. The outbound engine: every signal scored and tiered in a review queue before anything sends.
A roster of authored operating systems with their skill counts, from 3 to 26, including the whole signal sales engine family
The OS roster. Every operating system we run, authored in-house, 3 to 26 skills each.
Five private marketplaces in the directory, with the signal sales engine open and its component operating systems listed with what each one does
Private marketplaces. Five private marketplaces serving those systems to every seat in the company.
The GTM Diagnostic operating system: five readiness indexes, a weighted fitness score, the thirteen motions tagged, a leak map and a 72-hour plan
GTM Diagnostic OS. Five readiness indexes, GTM Fitness, thirteen motions, a leak map, a 72-hour plan.
The Signal operating system: it detects scraped and hypothesis-led buying signals, normalizes, ages, scores and clusters them, then routes each cluster to a motion and a channel
GTM Signal OS. Buying signals detected outside-in and inside-out, then scored, clustered and routed.
The signal operating system as a numbered chain: twelve ordered skills from mining to validation, plus six commands
The signal chain. The whole chain as twelve numbered skills plus six commands, run in order.
The SINE inbound operating system at version 3.4.1, tenant-agnostic, with an Arabic layer and a fact-check gate, and no tenant facts written into the system itself
SINE inbound OS. The inbound engine's operating system: tenant-agnostic, an Arabic layer, a fact-check gate.
The AI-native dev org as a company chart: a chief executive, a chief marketing officer with a content lead, a GTM specialist and product marketing, a VP of engineering with six engineers, and a QA lead, every seat a running agent
AI-native dev org. The closing argument: a company of agents. A chief executive, a CMO with a content and GTM bench, a VP of engineering with six engineers, a QA lead. Every seat is a running agent. Swipe across the chart.

Who runs the room

Mamoun Alamouri

Sixteen years working with AI, from speech and conversational systems inside Google, Cisco, Avaya and Uniphore to the agentic systems his team ships today. Founder and CEO of SMOrchestra.ai and founder of Entrepreneurs Oasis, an SMOrchestra company. MBA, University of Leicester; BEng Computer Engineering, University of Jordan. He teaches the room himself.

I spent 14 years building AI before AI had a brain. The moment it got one, I rebuilt everything around it.

The Arabic door

One method, two doors.

SMOrchestra Academy teaches in English. Entrepreneurs Oasis, an SMOrchestra company, teaches the same curriculum in Arabic, for individuals, from a $99 Arabic entry offer.

The other door

Rather have us build it?

Start with the Revenue and AI Audit. One day, $1,500, credited in full against any build.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Is the fee really credited toward a build?

Yes. 100 percent of any academy fee comes off any SMOrchestra build signed within 90 days of Demo Day. It is separate from the audit credit, which runs 60 days.

Which programs are in Arabic?

One method, two doors. SMOrchestra Academy runs the English cohorts. Entrepreneurs Oasis, an SMOrchestra company, runs the same curriculum in Arabic for individuals, and every Arabic program page here points you to it.

Are there prerequisites?

Only that you bring the real thing: a real subscription, a real pipeline or a real backlog. Rung 0 assumes a blank account and no experience at all, and the free intro starts everyone from the same understanding.

Do I get a certificate?

Only after your artifact passes the Demo Day quality gate. The artifact is the proof; a certificate that arrives for attendance alone is what this academy exists to replace.

I am choosing for a company. Is this the right page?

No, the corporate hub is. Its programs are priced per cohort, run on your systems with your team in the room, and start at a board oversight session or the managers' program.
