SMOrchestra Academy

Corporate AI training in Claude: hire AI safely into your organisation.

Boards. Managers. Teams. Revenue. One department, running.

Everyone has the same AI model. Almost nobody has the operating system. Training is how your organisation hires AI: boards, managers and teams, under a standard your risk function signs, on your own Claude workspace, still running 30 days later.

The gap

74% of GCC companies use AI. 7% earn over 5% of revenue from it.

Anthropic mapped what AI can already do against what businesses actually use. The majority live in the red: chat, drafts, a fraction of the capability they pay for. The top 2 percent run in the blue, and harness AI to maximum throughput: work that runs end to end, not prompt by prompt. The model is not the key. The operating system built to harness it is.

The prompt trap
  • A chat window and a copilot sidebar
  • A seat licence for every person
  • No memory between sessions
  • Quality that depends on who is typing
  • A folder of prompts nobody else can run
The operating system
  • A brain that holds your business
  • Skills anyone on the team can run
  • Connections to the tools you already pay for
  • A scoring gate before anything ships
  • Software you own instead of rent

The difference between the red and the blue is the operating system. The next section is what it is made of.

The operating system

The OS decides both ends: what you write, and what you get back.

Claude stopped being a tool and became a workforce. A workforce needs an operating system: the context it reads, the skills it runs, the tools it holds keys to, and the gate it is scored against. Every program here builds one more layer of that inside Claude, on your own account.

Inputwhat you write
The operating system · built onceBrainContext filesSettingsWorkspaceTemplatesSkills and toolsSkillsPluginsMCPsCLIs
Outputwhat you get back
Two pages of promptGeneric output. What everyone on the same model gets.
One sentenceOutput from an operator who has run this hundreds of times.

Same model in both cases. The box in the middle is the difference.

What the OS is made of
  • Brain: context files, settings, workspace, templates. Who you are, how you work, what good looks like.
  • Skills: every repeated job written once, as instructions a machine follows the same way every time.
  • Tools: plugins, MCPs and CLIs. Real keys to your real systems.
What we do not teach
  • No slides-only programs.
  • No prompt tips.
  • No course marketplace.
  • You leave with something running inside your own Claude account, scored at a gate, shown at Demo Day.
The ladder

Five programs and a custom track, ordered by the question you are actually asking.

Every program ends with something running inside your organisation, built in Claude. Every program can stop there. Most organisations start at program two.

The method

Seventy percent building. Thirty percent teaching.

Seventy percent building, thirty percent teaching. A score gate before the next block.

1DisorientBreak the belief that got you here. The prompt that worked is the ceiling you are standing on, and it is a ceiling because you never built the layers under Claude.
2SurfacePut the real work on the table. Your subscription, your pipeline, your backlog, named.
3DisproveRun the thing you believed against the thing that happens. The gap is the curriculum.
4ReframeRebuild it as a system inside Claude: context, skills, connections, gates. Not a better prompt.
5RehearseRun it until it holds without you watching. Demo Day is the exam.
Where each program lands you

Five levels of the AI-native employee. Every program lands on one.

The command gets shorter as the system underneath gets deeper. Agentic: you trigger it. Autonomous: it triggers itself. Programs 1 and 2 set governance and the decision rule; 3 takes a team to level 3; 4 is a revenue engine at level 4; 5 is a department at level 5.

L1Executes

A fresh graduate. Works on your files, but you explain everything, every time.

The command you give
“Read this folder, write a summary, this format, this length, focus on that sector, avoid this, that tone, then a table, and the table should…”
Three paragraphs, every time
A draft you correct.
Programs 1 and 2: governance and the decision rule
L2Repeats

Learned your way of doing one job, and now repeats it right without being reminded.

The command you give
“Prepare the weekly report, same format we agreed, with this week's numbers.”
Two lines
The same shape every time, unprompted.
Program 3: employees that know your standard
L3Works your tools

Skills installed, your tools connected. It opens, reads and prepares inside them.

The command you give
“Prep tomorrow's meeting.”
Three words
Finished work inside your tools. A file, not advice.
Program 3, day three: employees holding your tools
L4Your employee

A plugin with your name on it: your skills, your folder, your tool keys, in concert.

The command you give
“Run the insurance campaign end to end.”
One sentence
A campaign running inside your tools.
Program 4: a revenue engine running campaigns inside your CRM
L5A department

Many employees, each with its skills, one orchestrator running them from one cockpit.

The command you give
“Open Saudi.”
Two words
A department running. You decide.
Program 5: a department with one orchestrator, run from one cockpit

Same model in all five. The difference is how many layers you built under it.

Partners

For universities, governments and partners.

Training is a category the region already procures. We run it on your curriculum calendar, your campus or your ministry's premises, in Arabic or English, with train-the-trainer so the capability stays with you.

Tell us who you are and we reply within one business day with a short training brief.

Terms, then the next step

Built in weeks, not quarters. Owned by you, not rented from us.

Procurement
  • Trade licence and TRN on the tax invoice.
  • Tax invoice before delivery: 50 percent on signature, 50 percent at delivery, which is Demo Day wherever the program has one.
  • Non-disclosure agreement on request, signed before the scoping call.
  • CPD accreditation in progress. KHDA and TVTC pathways available for subsidised budgets.
  • Arabic or English delivery. On site in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Jordan, or remote.
Commitment
  • 100 percent of your academy fee is credited toward any SMOrchestra build signed within 90 days of Demo Day. Credited up to the price of that build.

After you ask

Three steps, one business day to the first.

01

You ask

Name the program and your organisation. No deck, no call booked yet.

02

We reply within one business day

A short brief: what the program builds for you, the seats, the from-price, the dates we can hold.

03

One scoping call, thirty minutes

Room, language, on site or remote, and the number, fixed. Then a tax invoice, 50 percent on signature.

Scoped to your organisation, so it starts with a short brief, not a checkout.

The other door

Rather have us build it?

Start with a one-day audit, Revenue & GTM or AI. $1,500 each, credited in full against any build.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What does 'from $18,000 per cohort' mean?

Pricing is per cohort, never per seat, and it excludes travel and venue. The scoping call fixes the figure before anything is signed, and the number on the invoice is the number on the call.

Do you invoice with VAT, and what are the terms?

A tax invoice carrying our trade licence and TRN is issued before delivery. Terms are 50 percent on signature and 50 percent at delivery, which is Demo Day wherever the program has one. A non-disclosure agreement is available on request, signed before the scoping call if you prefer.

On site or remote?

Either. On site in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Jordan, or remote for the rest. The cohort is private in both cases, so the schedule is built around your team, not a public calendar.

Is Arabic delivery available?

For every corporate program, as Arabic delivery with bilingual artifacts, or the reverse. Mixed rooms are common. You choose at scoping.

What if we have more than 20 people?

Run two cohorts, or scope a custom program. Twenty is the size at which every seat still builds something in the room; above it, the room stops being a room.

What happens after we request a proposal?

A reply within one business day with a short brief, then one thirty-minute scoping call that fixes room, language, format and the number. Then a tax invoice. No deck, no sequence of discovery calls.

Is the fee really credited toward a build?

Yes. 100 percent of the program fee is credited toward any SMOrchestra build signed within 90 days of Demo Day. It applies once, to one build, and is separate from the audit credit, which runs 60 days.

Is the training accredited?

CPD accreditation is in progress, and KHDA or TVTC pathways are available where a subsidised budget requires them. We do not claim an accreditation we do not hold.

Read every question: fees, the credit, the guarantee, languages and invoicing
