The 90-day fee credit, the ship-or-retake guarantee, immediate digital access, payment and invoicing, and cohort transfer.
These terms apply to every academy program. They do not replace the terms of any SMOrchestra build engagement.
A seat is for one named person. Access to the live sessions, the recordings and the templates begins on the enrollment date and does not expire. Seats are not transferable between people mid-cohort, and a company may reassign a seat between cohorts on request.
100 percent of any academy fee is credited toward any SMOrchestra build signed within 90 days of the Demo Day of the cohort you attended. The credit applies once, to one build, and is not redeemable for cash. It is separate from the audit credit, which runs for 60 days from the audit date. The two do not combine on the same engagement beyond 100 percent of the build price.
If you attend all scheduled sessions, submit the milestone artifacts, and do not deploy a working system through the Demo Day quality gate, you receive free enrollment in the next cohort plus two hours of private technical remediation.
Course access and digital assets are provided immediately on enrollment. At checkout you confirm the acknowledgement required for that: "I acknowledge that course access and digital assets are provided immediately, waiving statutory withdrawal periods." This reflects the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Cabinet Resolution 56 of 2024) and the Saudi E-Commerce Law (2019), under which the statutory cancellation right is waived once digital content has been accessed with explicit consent.
Fees are stated in US dollars and are payable in full before the first session unless an instalment option is offered at checkout. Corporate buyers may request a tax invoice carrying our trade licence and TRN; corporate terms are 50 percent on signature and 50 percent at Demo Day. Any instalment plan offered through a third-party provider is governed by that provider's own terms.
You may transfer to the next cohort once, at no cost, if you notify us before the second session. After the second session the seat is committed for that cohort and the ship-or-retake guarantee is the remedy. SMOrchestra may reschedule a cohort, in which case every enrolled seat may transfer or receive a full refund.
